Delete Account.

We’re sorry to see you go. Follow the steps below to permanently delete your account and data.

Before you delete

  • Deleting your account is permanent and cannot be undone.
  • Your data, calendars, tasks, profiles, and preferences will be permanently removed.
  • Shared household data may also be removed from your household depending on account ownership and configuration.

How to delete your account

  1. Log in to your FCC account.
  2. Go to Settings β†’ Account β†’ Delete Account.
  3. Follow the prompts to confirm deletion.

If you cannot access your account, contact support at support@familycontrolcenter.com from the email address associated with your FCC account.

For your protection, we may need to verify account ownership before processing a deletion request.
