Account & Data Deletion
How to request removal of your account, household data, or child profiles.
Overview
You can request deletion of your Family Control Center (FCC) account and associated household or profile data. Deletion is processed by our team; it is not instant and may take a reasonable period to complete after we verify your request.
Deletion may include household and profile data associated with your account. Some records may be retained where required for security, legal, or fraud-prevention reasons. Removal from backups may follow normal backup retention cycles and is not guaranteed immediately.
We may verify ownership before deleting household data. We will confirm receipt and begin processing deletion requests within a reasonable period after verification.
Need help deleting your account?
If you are signed in as a parent or guardian, you can request deletion from inside the app through Support Center. This is the preferred path for account and household deletion requests.
- Open Family Control Center and sign in with your parent account.
- Open Support Center from the menu (or Settings → Support Center).
- Tap New Ticket.
- Choose category Account Deletion Request.
- Submit the ticket with the account email and household name. Do not include passwords.
FCC may verify ownership before deleting household data. Deletion is not immediate; we review requests for security and may contact the account owner to confirm the request.

Delete a child profile
A parent or guardian with access to your household can delete a child profile inside the app:
- Sign in to Family Control Center as a parent or guardian.
- Open Settings → Family Profiles (or the profile management area).
- Select the child profile and choose Delete, then confirm.
This removes the profile from normal app use. Some associated historical records may need separate handling or retention depending on the data type (for example, security logs or records we must keep for legal compliance).
Request full account or household deletion
To request deletion of your full FCC account or an entire household and its associated data, use Support Center in the app (steps above) or contact support by email. This is different from deleting a single child profile.

Please include:
- The email address on your FCC account
- Your household name, if known
- Whether you want child profile deletion only or full household/account deletion
We may ask for additional information to verify that you are authorized to request deletion for the account or household. Deletion may include household and profile data associated with your account; some records may be retained where required by law or for security.
What may be deleted
Depending on your request, deletion may include:
- Account credentials and parent/guardian profile information
- Child profiles and household settings
- Calendar, chore, expense, and notification data tied to your household
- Push notification subscriptions for your devices
Data required to be kept for legal, security, or operational reasons may be retained for a limited time as described above.
